Zulutrades Comments - Funny/Sad Reading
Today I have realized one very interesting thing. People (I mean Zulutrade followers) are very naive.
I do not mean to offend anybody, but if you´d like to know what I mean simply go, find a signal provider who has thousands of followers but he is using a strategy without stop loss, with multiple positions, close to 100% winning ratio or martingale system.
These kind of providers often manage to get to Top 10 very quickly because they are not using stop losses and when trend goes against them, they just sit and wait till it return in their favor or simply add more positions.
But back to comments and followers. Today I´ve seen a beautiful example. Current Top1 signal provider opened EUR/USD position. Prices moved against him so he opened another position and later 2 more.
he was -270 pips and comments started to come in. As you can guess, all were negative. The trader got lucky and trend reversed so he took small pips of profit of each position. Suddenly positive comments started to come in :)
The funniest thing about that comments was like: "Best trader..." , "Amazing how he handled the situation..." etc. And all this trader did was, he was just sitting, adding more positions without stop loss and putting more and more risk on his followers and they didn´t even realized that.
Sad thing is that exactly this happened with FCC....he was doing the same thing, he was hero, till the huge counter trend came and hew blew hundreds or thousands accounts out. And he still earns commissions.

Even if you check Top5 or Top10 in Zulutrade ranking they might not be there because many traders with reckless trading style are able to temporarily get to top if they are lucky. But once some big trend against them occurs they can blow many follower´s accounts.
So there are couple of things you should check on your quest to finding true Zulutrade expert forex signal providers.
Here is the list:

Zulutrade Delay - Slippage
What is Zulutrade delay?
Well, when you start following some Zulutrade signal provider you can experience a slight delay in trades execution on your broker´s account. It is also called a slippage.
This happens because trading signal travels from your signal provider´s application via Zulutrade platform to your broker´s account.
It could be miliseconds or half second time, but market doesn´t sleep and can move pip or two within that timeframe.
So when choosing a broker for your Zulutrade account it might be a good idea to check delay (slippage) values of individual brokers. Even 1 pip/trade can make a big difference after couple of hundreds trades.
You can do so simply by checking stats of Top Zulutrade signal provider as shown on picture below.

Review summary:
Kama-Spot is trading almost only GBP/USD and EUR/USD pairs, sometimes USD/CHF.
His equity chart is growing very nicely. So far he had max. 5 open trades at the same times.
His drawdown is quite low (13%, 500 pips) , which is acceptable, but note that it could be much higher as his stop loss level is not clear. Worst trade so far was -234 pips, but if he let his losing trades open till they reverse and become positive, as 93% winning ratio shows, his max. drawdown could be much higher in future.
Note that this trader is also known as Saved FX. He is sending similar trades to both signal provider´s accounts, so beware that if you follow them both, your risk will be double too.

Here is our review:
SIF is using a safe price action trading strategy.
Maximum open trades are 2, each of them is for a different and non correlated currency pair.
SIF is always placing stop loss, max 30 pips.
Profits taken are always bigger than 30 pips, usually much bigger thanks to use of trailing stops.
So don´t be surprised when you will experience trades with profit 300 or 400 pips.
If you check SIF´s statistics you will see that max. Drawdown is very low.
